About All American Heating and Air
Treating Customers Like Family For Over 30 Years
All American Heating and Air’s owner, Gene Royer, is a Master Mechanical Contractor. He understands what is going on in the trenches, and he doesn’t ask anything of his staff, technicians, or installers that he is not willing or able to do himself. Gene keeps his team well-informed of all the latest developments in production, service, management, and day-to-day leadership.
Gene has been around refrigeration all his life, helping his father in Ohio, California, and Arizona. After moving to SC and working in the appliance industry, Gene started All American Heating and Air in 1991. He wanted to offer quality products and great service at a fair price.
Our Columbia heating and cooling specialists are proud to offer numerous benefits to our clients, including:
- Free estimates
- Fully stocked service vehicles
- Over 30+ years’ experience in the industry
- 24/7 Emergency services available

Made in America
After all – we are All American Heating and Air! We install American-made units Daikin and Goodman. This provides Americans with jobs and affords our customers a quick turnaround on getting parts and new equipment. No out-of-country factories or getting held up in customs. When you chose our team, you are getting the integrity, trust, and workmanship you deserve at competitive prices, all with our guarantee for continued service after the sale.
All American owners, Gene and Debbie Royer, are passionate about being a part of their community and doing what they can to help. As proud veterans, they are active in helping fellow veterans. In 2000, they began the Vets Christmas Charity Ride, which has become the largest ride in the Southeast with 5000-6000 bikes every year. Every rider brings wrapped Christmas presents for hospitalized veterans at Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia and homeless veterans in our area. This event occurs on the second Sunday of December every year, and we encourage everyone to come along! In addition to this popular event, we also participate yearly in the Pediatric Brain Tumor Ride, the Special Olympics for Children, ABATE – Kids Day Celebration, and CAMP CHEMO for children.
